Sr. Manager/ AGM - Accounts

Department – Accounts

Designation – Sr. Manager/ AGM

Experience (Yrs) 7-14 years

Qualification – CA

1. Preparation of periodical reports
2. Finalization of accounts
3. Statutory compliances
4. Dealing with auditors
5. Monitoring internal control as per SOP
6. Filing of direct & indirect tax returns
7. Coordination within accounts department & among other departments

MANAGER – SALES (Sports Science) Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai or Pune, Ahmedabad, Delhi

Experience: 5 – 9 years


  • Between 25-35 years of age
  • Graduation in Sports Science/ Physical Education
  • Proven track record in marketing and/or sales management/leadership in a healthcare service focussed company
  • He/she should have sound understanding of the principles of nutrition, coaching, strength and conditioning for sport
  • Should have an outgoing nature and be able to adapt to new practices


  • Drive performance excellence in Sales/Marketing systems and processes for TransStadia Sports Science Brands and close each order sale professionally and efficiently to ensure a satisfied customer
  • Meet key metrics / deliverables across target segments and regions in India as outlined. Generate prospect list regularly and sufficiently to ensure all targets are met
  • Effective brand and portfolio management: suggest method and develop sales action plan.
  • Be aware of marketplace trends and competitor activity
  • Establish an effective product launch for key segment brands in the School and corporate wellness space that will deliver high business impact
  • Work closely with all the stakeholders across segment portfolio to flawlessly implement products’ phase-in and phase-out. Ensure all prospects are properly briefed on the services offered
  • Liaise with key team members to help develop appropriate business and market intelligence
